Broadcasting urgent help & eternal hope after earthquake
A major 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit south-western Haiti Saturday, causing loss of life and widespread destruction. The city of Les Cayes—where our new radio station 4VEH Les Cayes 98.5 FM is located—is among the worst-hit areas.
Amid this terrible tragedy, we do have some good news. Praise God, all our staff are safe. All 4VEH ministry, the main radio and television stations in the north Cap-Haitien and the new 4VEH Les Cayes 98.5 FM are still on the air, broadcasting urgent news, practical help and Gospel hope.
Please pray for people in critical need:
- rescue for those who are trapped
- medical care for those injured; staffing and supplies for local hospitals
- food, water, safe shelter and other necessities for all those in desperate need
- help and comfort for all affected by this disaster that likely triggers trauma from the 2020 earthquake
