Pastor Marcel shepherds a church in isolated Birèl village. The people there desperately need the Gospel and its redemptive work in their lives and community. During recent ministry, several people have made decisions for Christ; Pastor Marcel thanked 4VEH for reminding him and his church that they are not forgotten, and solar radios are now speaking hope in people’s homes every day.
