\"\"Kenlove\u2019s story: “So I can flourish here too…”<\/h3>\n

Twenty-four-year-old Kenlove led the youth group from Wesleyan Church of Blue Hills, an at-risk neighborhood of Cap-Haitien, to victory in 4VEH\u2019s Summer Contest (Salut Match<\/em>). Church youth groups compete weekly in a live, gameshow-style contest of Bible knowledge, history, geography and general knowledge, in front of a live audience at 4VEH.<\/p>\n

Kenlove says: \u201c4VEH\u2019s Summer Youth Programs, and the contest that we won, have helped me develop a better image of myself. When I see myself up on the stage with my teammates, I feel more confident.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf lots of young people would listen to 4VEH, they would flourish spiritually and socially. The programs can really help people grow in their faith\u2014to live a life that\u2019s really full.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, despite all the difficulties my country is experiencing, I believe I\u2019m among those who can use their skills and abilities to help my country develop\u2014so that I can flourish here, too!\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
