Right now, people across the country are panicked by a number of moderate earthquakes – at least 10 quakes of magnitude 4 or above (January 24/25/26, 2022)), most in the southwest region where the massive August 2021 quake hit, one closer to the Port-au-Prince metropolitan area where the devastating January 12, 2010 quake hit.
We are especially concerned for the children.
When our TV crew visited a school in the 2021 quake zone after classes resumed, the students mistook the vibrations of a big truck driving by and fled their classrooms in fear of another quake. So many people, especially children, are suffering from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), from the crippling effects of the trauma they’ve known.
How God’s heart breaks for their suffering; and our hearts ache for His healing touch. Please join us in praying for all who are suffering, especially the children.
